Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our product (nicotine-infused toothpicks), all sales are final and non-refundable once shipped.
Returns
We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstance. If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit, please email support@twigzlabs.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include photos and a description of the issue.
Replacements or Store Credit
If your claim is approved, we may issue a replacement order or store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. Once shipped, they are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
